Perfect for personal projects and small sites
For bloggers and content creators who publish regularly
For agencies and publishers managing multiple sites
Most people can settle on a plan with one number: how many new or updated URLs you publish on a busy day. The Free plan allows 50 URL submissions a day, Pro allows 200, and Agency allows 1,000. A submission is one URL sent to a search engine, and re-inspecting a URL you have already sent does not count against the limit.
If you run one personal site or a small business site and add a few pages each week, Free is usually enough. You get Bing IndexNow submissions, URL status tracking and sitemap import, so you can load your existing pages once and then submit new ones as you publish them.
Pro, at $19.99 a month or $15.99 a month billed annually, is made for people who publish on a schedule. RSS feed monitoring watches your feed and picks up new posts without you having to paste links, the syndication copy generator helps you write short versions of a post for sharing, and the Webflow and Ghost connectors pull from those CMSs directly. Pro covers one primary site.
Agency, at $49.99 a month or $39.99 a month billed annually, adds multi-site management for an unlimited number of sites, bulk CSV import and export, API access and a priority support channel. It fits agencies and publishers who look after many properties and would rather script their submissions than click through them.
Google's Indexing API is officially limited by Google to pages with job posting or livestream (broadcast event) structured data. CrawlFaster uses it only for those page types, which is why the plan list says "job & livestream pages only." For ordinary articles and product pages, the reliable paths to Google are still a clean XML sitemap, good internal links and Google Search Console.
IndexNow is an open protocol supported by Bing and several other search engines. Sending a URL through IndexNow tells those engines that a page is new or has changed, so they can recrawl it sooner. No tool, this one included, can force a search engine to index or rank a page. Submission gets a page noticed, and the content and the quality of the site decide what happens after that.
