Refund Policy

1. What you can buy

CrawlFaster has a free plan and paid subscriptions. Prices listed on the pricing page are: Free at $0, with 50 URL submissions per day; Pro at $19.99 per month, or $15.99 per month when annual billing is selected; Agency at $49.99 per month, or $39.99 per month when annual billing is selected. When annual billing is selected, the pricing page shows a yearly total equal to that monthly figure times 12, rounded to the nearest dollar ($192 per year for Pro and $480 per year for Agency).

Paid plans are subscriptions started in Stripe Checkout after you sign in. The amount you authorize is the amount Stripe Checkout shows before you pay. A promotion code, if Checkout accepts one, can change that amount. Checkout takes major credit and debit cards through Stripe. PayPal is not offered. There is no separate Pro trial. The Free plan is the plan with no charge.

2. Cancellation

You can open the Stripe billing portal from your billing page and cancel the subscription there. As stated on the pricing page, you may cancel at any time and you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Canceling stops the next renewal. It does not, by itself, refund a charge that has already been made.

3. Refunds

As stated on the pricing page, refunds are processed within 48–72 hours depending on bank processing time if you contact us within 7 days of the charge. Email privacy@crawlfaster.com or use the contact page and include the email on the account and the date of the charge. That 48–72 hour range is the timing the pricing page publishes, and it depends on the bank. This policy does not add any other refund commitment.
