2. Description of Service

CrawlFaster provides tools for sending IndexNow notifications to participating search engines, checking Google index status with the URL Inspection API, submitting sitemaps to Google Search Console, sending Google Indexing API notifications for eligible job posting and livestream pages, importing URLs from sitemaps and RSS feeds, and automating these workflows. The service is provided 'as is' and is subject to change without notice.

3. Google API Usage

CrawlFaster uses Google APIs on your behalf. By using CrawlFaster, you agree to comply with Google's Terms of Service (https://policies.google.com/terms) and the Google APIs Terms of Service. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Google Indexing API complies with Google's policies, including that it is used only for the page types Google supports (job posting and livestream pages) and within quota limits.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and service account keys. You agree not to use CrawlFaster to submit URLs for sites you do not own or have authorisation to manage. You agree not to attempt to circumvent Google's API quotas or rate limits through CrawlFaster.

5. Service Account Credentials

You grant CrawlFaster permission to store your Google Cloud service account credentials in encrypted form and to use them to make API requests on your behalf. You may revoke this permission at any time by removing your service account from CrawlFaster's Settings page.

By using these features, you acknowledge that: (a) Responses are generated by AI and may not always be accurate, complete, or current; (b) Your inputs may be recorded and used for service improvement and AI model training; (c) You should not share sensitive personal information (financial data, health records, passwords) through the AI chat; (d) AI chat responses do not constitute professional advice of any kind. A consent notice is displayed before your first chat interaction. By clicking 'I Understand — Start Chat,' you expressly consent to the recording and processing of your chat messages as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

CrawlFaster is not responsible for any failure of Google's APIs, changes to Google's indexing policies, or any impact on your website's search rankings. We provide no guarantee that submitting URLs through IndexNow, Google Search Console or the Indexing API will result in those URLs being crawled or indexed by any search engine.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to CrawlFaster at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account.
